What ages are allowed to play at Mini Play Town?

Our play areas are designed for children ages 0–10, with age-appropriate zones for different age groups.

Can children over 10 years old participate?

No, children over 10 are welcome to enter the facility and sit with their accompanying adult, but they are not permitted to participate.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Sunday from 10:00AM - 8:00PM.

Do I need to fill out a waiver?

Yes, you can fill out our digital waiver form online or in person.

Do parents need to stay with their children?

Yes, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Do adults need to pay?

Each child ticket includes admission for one (1) adult. Any additional adults accompanying the same child are required to pay a $5 entrance fee. Please note that adult admission does not include access to play structures or equipment. Adults are not permitted to participate in play.

How many adults can attend with one child?

One adult per child is included. Each additional adult is $5.

Are special socks required?

Yes, we require all children to wear Mini Play Town grip socks.

Can I bring my own grip socks?

No, for hygiene and safety, all children must wear our grip socks.

Do adults also need to wear Mini Play Town grip socks?

Adults may wear any type of socks. Bare feet are not permitted. If you do not have socks, grip socks are available for purchase.

Can adults go in the play structure?

No. For safety reasons, adults are not permitted on the play structures or other equipment.

If you have a child with special needs or a disability, please inform our team at check-in so we can make appropriate accommodations and allow an accompanying adult when necessary.

Children must be able to use the play structures independently. If a child becomes distressed at any time, our trained staff will assist with safely retrieving your child.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at the mall.

Can I leave and come back if I purchase General Admission?

No, once you leave the facility you would have to pay again to come back inside regardless of whether you used the full time duration.

Do you have Wi-Fi available?

Yes.

Can I bring outside food?

No outside food or drinks allowed. Exceptions include water, infant food, and snacks packed from home. For your convenience, we offer a fully stocked fridge along with food and beverage options from Pizzo’s available at our snack bar.

Can my child play if they are unwell or injured?

Children who are unwell should not be brought to play in order to avoid the transmission of illnesses between children. If your child has a cast, brace, etc. they will not be allowed to play.

Are pets allowed?

No, only service dogs are allowed. As for Emotional Support Animals we will comply with ADA guidelines.

Can I host a birthday party without making a reservation?

No, We regret to inform you that as per company policy, and in line with common business practices, we do not allow "impromptu" party celebrations (which include but are not limited to decorations, party favors, and party desserts) without a proper party booking, inside the premises. You will not be allowed to bring drinks, balloons, gifts, cake, cupcakes or anything else party related.

Do you take cash?

We are a cashless business.

What areas can my children use?

We have two separate play structures. One is designated for children who are 42” or shorter to help ensure their safety. Children over 42” will be directed to the other structure, which is designed for ages up to 10 years old.

Party

What is your cancellation policy and rescheduling policy?

All party fees are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability, and must take place within 1 year of the original date. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event forfeit the 50% deposit. If rescheduled with less than 5 days’ notice, the remaining balance is still due on the original date.

What is required to reserve a party package?

50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my party package?

You can upgrade your package, however you cannot downgrade.

How many children can attend a Petite Package party?

The Petite Package is for up to 16 children.

How many children can attend a Luxe Package party?

The Luxe Package is for up to 22 children.

Is there a limit for adults when booking a party?

You’re welcome to have more people than this; however, we’re unable to provide additional tables or chairs. We kindly ask that adults remain within their designated party area and do not use seating reserved for general admission.

Can I add additional time to my party?

Additional time may be available depending on our schedule. If there are no parties scheduled before or after yours on the same day, we may be able to accommodate your request at an additional cost.

What food can I bring to my event?

You’re welcome to bring any food you’d like. Please note that cooking on-site is not permitted, and outside vendors or food trucks are not allowed.

Can I store or prepare food at my party?

For your convenience, each party area includes a mini fridge and sink.

Can we bring alcohol?

No.

Can I bring my own decorations?

All decorations must be arranged through one of our approved vendors. Outside decorators are not permitted.

Can I get additional time to set-up before my party?

We provide a 30-minute grace period before your scheduled reservation for set-up.

What discounts do you offer?

We offer 10% discounts to those who are active military or law enforcement. We require a valid ID.

Can I stay after my party has come to an end?

Once your party is over we kindly ask all party guests to leave the facility.

Can I rent the entire facility?

We offer facility rentals Monday - Thursday. Email us at party@miniplaytown.com or call us for more information.
